About Us

Joanne has over 20 years of experience in Critical Care, Emergency and Trauma Nursing.  She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia where she was awarded a dual Clinical Specialty title in both Critical Care and Psychiatric Nursing.

After working in a variety of staff  nurse positions in critical care, and  emergency departments, Joanne became a Nurse Manager and eventually a Clinical Nurse Specialist.  

She also served as the Psycho-Social Liaison on the Trauma Service in the Department of Surgery and Emergency Medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital through a grant from the William Penn Foundation.  

Joanne has worked for the past 15 years in various aspects of the Recruitment field including Executive Search, Permanent, Temporary, and Travel Placement. As a result of her hospital management   experience she brings to the staffing business an understanding of the crucial importance of cost containment in hospitals and other medical facilities.
